QUESTION: DOES THIS FLASHLIGHT HAVE A WARNING ABOUT EYE DAMAGE WHEN LOOKING DIRECTLY AT THE LIGHT?
• ???? Who knows
• Quite honestly, I do not recall even looking at any directions/warnings that came with the flashlight. I do not have a concern about looking directly at the light, so I did not check into this.
• Is this really a serious question? I would suggest using this flashlight and any other device responsibly regardless of whether it comes with a warning or not. Rule of thumb: keep bright flashlights, knives, pitchforks, lasers, firearms, and other such items away from children.
• I didn't see any warning. I looked into it once and you automatically want to turn away. I could see an after image but it went away after a couple of minutes. Don't think I would get this light for a small child. Even though it is small, it is a serious source of bright light. We got it for when the power goes off. Great little light.
• I honestly don't remember if there is a warning regarding not shining in yours or someone else's eyes. I take it "as common sense" that this should not be done with ANY bright light unless it is being done by a doctor checking your eyes. However, in these times of idiots and crazy people trying to sue for anything that they can in order to make an easy living, it should be there in the information booklet. Also should tell you not to touch it to an electric wire due to possibility of shock or if shoved down a pet's throat there might be a choke hazard!
• no. it comes with standard everything. i have a rule with the kids that if they shine it in ANYone's eyes (animals included) they will not use the flashlight. they are very bright so this is well enforced with, um, 1 episode only since i purchased them.
• That is how I determine whether or not to change the batteries, I look at it. If I have to turn away the batteries need changing. I do not recommend this for everyone but it is an effective method.

QUESTION: PLEASE, HOW MUCH DOES IT WEIGH? WE WANT IT FOR TRAVEL EMERGENCIES. THANKS.
• Don't know weight in ounces but it's very light and would be great for travel, also VERY bright.
• 3.4 ounces. .it's very light and fits perfectly for traveling an hiking
• 130 grams = 4.6 ounces. We use it for travel all the time.
• Don't worry, it is light enough to take with you.
• Subjectively, it weighs a bit more than a Mini MagLite of comparable size, probably because it uses three AAA batteries instead of the two AA's in the MagLite. But for all intents and purposes, the difference is negligible.

QUESTION: HOW ARE THE BATTERIES SUPPOSED TO BE INSTALLED. IT SEEM AS IF ONE BATTERY S/B INSTALLED + TOWARDS THE BULB,AND TWO S/B INSTALLED - TOWARDS THE BULB.
• There should be a red arrow on one side of the battery cartridge which should point toward the bulb. And yes that should result in 2 positives toward the bulb and one negative toward the bulb.
• About the batteries on battery holder just follow the + and - position. About the battery holder into the flashlight just find the way that it is supposed to be because this kind of LED lights are polarized and only work if poles are correct. I hope it help you.
• Well, I believe the flashlight comes with both an insert to accomodate AAA batteries and another insert that is a white or clear tube. The tube insert requires a 3.7 volt 18650 battery that must be purchased separately. If I am correct in my guess and you choose to go that route I would reccomend buying those batteries in rechargeable form with the charger in at least a two pack so that you have a fully charged backup battery all the time. As far as installing the batteries, well, that is common sense. Seeing as how you bought a flashlight in the first place, I believe you possess more than enough common sense to pull this off. No, I am not making fun. I am merely attempting to empower a fellow flashlight enthusiast because you do not want to find yourself have to admit to someone later that you sought technical support online regarding the installation of flashlight batteries. Okay, now I am making fun. Take care. Have a terrific week.
