QUESTION: HOW EASY IS IT TO CLEAN THIS BOTTLE? I HAD ONE BEFORE BUT STOPPED USING IT BECAUSE I COULDN'T GET THE INSIDE CLEANED...
• The easiest way to clean it is once you're done using it (like exactly afterwards), you need to put Dawn dishwashing soap (or whatever dish soap you use) and water in it and shake it for at least 4-5 minutes. This will keep it clean but just remember to fill it with soap and water after use. It also wouldn't hurt to let the bottle soak in the soap and water either.
• It's pretty easy, I use some soap and water and shake up the bottle and then a sponge for the mouth and cap. I also have one of those water bottle wand cleaner things (like a brush on a stick) so I can clean it better if I have anything besides water in it. I mainly use this bottle for water only, so it hasn't been a problem getting it clean.
• It is an issue, however if you get a bottle washing brush it makes it very easy to clean. Definitely a must when you have multiple bottles.
• I've found it very easy to clean. I use a bottle brush, works like a charm.
• I just toss mine in the dishwasher every week, seems to work well. They make a bottle cleaner brush that I guess would work as well if you feel skeptical about your dishwasher.
• I feel that it is fairly easy - I use my bottle for water only. What I normally do is put a little dish soap in it and rinse it with hot faucet water. I currently do not have the brush you can purchase to clean it. That might be a better solution to what I am doing currently, but I have had my bottle for about 4 months now and there is no mildew growing and I can get the bottle clean with my method.
• As long as you only drink water out of it you can use the hot water, soap and shake method. As far as getting grime out of the inside, no clue. Hot water, soap and shake method is pretty solid. My last one I used for 5 years before I lost it and it stayed relatively clean (once again, only drank filtered water out of it).
• You might try a Munchkin baby bottle brush. If you want to make sure brush long enough to reach bottom of bottle, take your Nalgene bottle to Target or where ever you can find the brush and check that it's long enough to reach bottom of bottle. Or you could just see if you can get length of bottle brush off Amazon description. I use a Munchkin brand brush that has a suction cup at the bottom to keep it upright at sink side. It works great to keep the Nalgene bottle clean. If you can't clean it for now, you can put a paper towel into the bottle with some soapy water to swish it around to wipe down insides until you can get a brush. (That's how I clean 5 gallon water bottles.)

QUESTION: CAN YOU FREEZE THE WATER BOTTLE?
• I've have accidentally before but the bottle turned out fine so yours should do the same.
• I've never tried it personally but a google search tells me that yes you can feeeze it as long as you leave the cap off. These bottles are pretty indestructable.
• I put an inch of water in the bottle and freeze it over night. Never had a problem.
• I do every night

QUESTION: I AM A KLUTZ AND HAVE TILE FLOORS. HOW DURABLE IS THIS BOTTLE AS FAR AS DROPPING IT ON A HARD SURFACE LIKE TILE?
• I've dropped mine a few times now, in my kitchen, getting out of my car, etc. I haven't had a problem but it wasnt more than half full any of those times. I'm sure if you drop it hard enough when full it will crack. That being said, it's very thick plastic and has held up well for me.
• They're pretty sturdy. I think someone made a Youtube video about it. They ran over it with a car and it survived. Your floor shouldn't pose a threat. I bought one from my summer camp years ago (lost now). They said it was close to unbreakable. Hope this helped! (:
• This bottle can handle anything you throw at it, or anything you throw it at. I'd be more worried about dropping a full bottle and it cracking a tile.
• I have dropped it several times and it's held up without a problem
• These bottles won't break. Full or empty these are tough. It's like the mag light of water bottles
• You can run this bastard over in a truck and it won't break.
#1-Quart_Narrow_Mouth

QUESTION: CAN YOU PUT THESE IN THE DISHWASHER?
• i have and they turned out fine
• Do it all the time, no problem.
• I need a new dishwasher! Put two on the top rack of the dishwasher after a camping trip and they both got deformed around the rim. Maybe the water was too hot?! Not sure, but I won't put one in again.
• You can, but if the lid gets stuck on the part used for heated dry it will melt.
#NALGENE_Tritan_Review

QUESTION: CAN I CARRY HOT WATER IN THIS BOTTLE? WONT THE BOTTLE GET DEFORMED OR SOMETHING?
• I don't think you'd be able to carry the degree of heat it would take to deform this heavy duty plastic. However, I don't think it would be suitable for hot beverages because there is no sort of heat insulation or protection.
• It won't do the work of a Thermos. I would be most doubtful that this bottle is a good one in which to carry water that is boiling hot. I carry a canteen cup for the really hot water. And I carry my Nalgene for the best drinking water and as a source of excellent water to boil for coffee, tea, freeze dried food, etc.
• I'm not sure. I only use it for water. I'd suggest checking Nalgene website or asking their customer rep. Sorry I couldn't help.
• It should be ok I put it in the dishwasher and it holds up just fine
• I've put boiling water in my Nalgene bottles just after dinner, and tossed them into my sleeping bag on cold nights. Yes, they will hold up to hot water.
#NALGENE_Tritan_1-Quart_Narrow_Mouth

QUESTION: HOW DO I DRINK FROM IT WITHOUT UNSCREWING THE CAP?
• You can't
• You have to unscrew the cap to drink from it
• You can't. You have to unscrew the cap.
• you have to poke a hole in the side with a sharp knife
• Sorry, Unscrewing the cap is only way to open bottle. Didn't stop me from loving it!
• Drill a holr in the side and suck
• You do not. You have to unscrew the cap.
#NALGENE_Tritan

QUESTION: THERE SEEMS TO BE A PERFORATED LINING ON THE PLASTIC INDICATING TO TEAR OFF TO REMOVE PLASTIC, IF I TAKE THE PLASTIC OFF WILL THE INDENTATIONS SHOWING THE OUNCES BE TAKEN OFF WITH IT?
• No, its just clear plastic. Dont worry
• No. The ounces are embedded on the bottle. Which is another reason why I love this bottle so much!
• No, its just a shrink wrap.
• No. The ounces is printed onto the bottle.
• No, it is a protective wrap for shipping. You can leave it on, but I would assume it would come off in your dish washer.
• Removing the plastic will not remove the lines indicating oz/mL; those are there to stay unless you remove the marks intentionally. I don't think mine was wrapped as such when I purchased it anyway.
• There aren't actual indentations, but there are white lines and measurements that are written on the bottle. It is a very sturdy bottle. My daughter loves it.
#1-Quart_Narrow_Mouth

QUESTION: WILL THE 16OZ PINT SIZE BOTTLE FIT INTO A STANDARD CAR CUP HOLDER?
• Yes - it does in mine...
• Fits the larger ones you find in cars, but I wouldn't say the more narrow ones
• I don't have the bottle with me at the moment, but I found this online. - "The water bottle is about 7.5 inches tall and a little more than 3 inches in diameter." Hope this helps.
#NALGENE_Tritan_Review

QUESTION: HOW WIDE IS THE OPENING? CAN A BOTTLE BRUSH FIT IN TO CLEAN?
• The opening should be plenty wide. The opening is about the size of a $.50 piece.
• It would have to be a very thin bottle brush. It is a small opening, so cleaning the inside with a brush probably won't work. But I do love how small it is because you can manage th flow of the water better when you drink from it. Does this help?
• The opening is about 1.5". Yes, I use a bottle brush to clean mine and it fits just fine.
• It is 1 1/4 inches wide.
• I'd say about an inch and a half diameter. so I guess it depends on how big your brush is haha. I only use my bottle for water and normally soak it in piping hot water on the inside to clean it and that seems to work well.
• It's pretty wide, more so than a standard water bottle. A bottle brush should fit just fine.
• My tape measure says 1 & 1/8th inch
#NALGENE_Tritan_1-Quart_Narrow_Mouth

QUESTION: WHERE IS THIS BOTTLE MADE? THANK!
• Nalgene advertise all their products are made in U.S.A.
• The bottom of the bottle is inscribed with "Made in the USA". If it were made in China I'm sure that the quality would be seriously lacking. I really don't like to buy anything made in China. They bring Cheap down to a new level.
• USA, not in China
#NALGENE_Tritan

QUESTION: WHAT IS THE HEIGHT OF THE BOTTLE WITHOUT THE TOP ON? I WANT TO MAKE SURE IT WILL FIT THE TOP SHELF OF MY DISHWASHER? THANKS, SUSANNA
• It's actually quite small. About 18cm or a little over 7 inches.
• The height is 8 and 7/8". It does not fit in the top of my dishwasher, but I wash it each evening running it full of hot water until the water has filled and overflowed it for a minute or two. This cleans the inside as well as the outside. Since I only fill it with water (it is the amount I am supposed to drink each and every day), this works well.
• I'm not sure of the exact height, but these are relatively small. Shouldn't be more than 6" with out the lid. It should fit in a standard dishwasher just fine.
• It's no taller than a pint glass. I don't know the exact height. I prefer to handwash all of my nalgene.
#1-Quart_Narrow_Mouth

QUESTION: I CAN'T FIGURE OUT IF THESE HAVE A PULL-TOP SPOUT. DO THEY? OR DO YOU TAKE THE TOP OFF TO DRINK?
• Twist off, not a pull top.
• No pull top spout. You need to unscrew the top cap, which to secured to the bottle by the flexible strap.
• No spout. You unscrew the entire cap. I bought 2 they are a great bottle. Hope this helps! Get outdoors!
#NALGENE_Tritan_Review

QUESTION: DOES WATER COME OUT OF THE TOP
• Water will not come out of the top if the cap is on and only if you put water in it. Please note that if you turn it upside down then the water will come out the bottom and remember to fill it with water first or only air will spill out!
• If you're wondering if it's similar to a squirt bottle, no. It's made from a very hard plastic and you have to screw the attached cap on and off to drink out of it. The cap is pretty secure and won't leak if you've screwed it on properly.
• Yes, you unscrew the top and water comes out. Nice thing about this model is its smaller than the large mouth ones and is easier to use when on the run. Either car or treadmill it's much more user friendly. I highey recommend this model

QUESTION: BOUGHT FOR MY MOM--SHE REALLY WANTS TO KNOW IF IT DISHWASHER SAFE?
• I have several Nalgene bottles and I have washed them in the dishwasher, even on the bottom, and they've been fine.
• Try a web search. Per the manufacturer'ssite: "Dishwasher safe (top rack only) Just make sure the cap does not touch the heating element"
#NALGENE_Tritan

QUESTION: IS THIS BOTTLE DISHWASHER SAFE?
• I don't typically put in the dish washer because if the small mouth.
• Haven't had any problems with it in my dishwasher so far.
• I didn't attempt to find out if it is dishwasher safe. Instead, I put one drop, maybe 2, max, of Dawn dishwashing liquid in the bottle with warm water, shake it up, wash the top mouth opening on outside at same time, rinse it until all soap gone and then rinse it 1 or 2 times again. Turn it upside down on countertop/dish rack to dry. By hand washing you get to use bottle faster and I think dishwashers can be hard on some items. Hand washing is easy, fast. Don't over soap.
• yes it is dishwasher safe (top rack only) Just make sure the cap does not touch the heating element
• Yes
#1-Quart_Narrow_Mouth

QUESTION: WHAT NUMBER IT'S IN THE BOTTOM?
• Under the assumption you are referring to the recycling code. Tritan is a copolyester which is classified as a #7 plastic. #7 is a catch all category for all plastics that do not fit in the #1 through #6 categories.
• if you are referring to the number in the recycle logo its a 7
#NALGENE_Tritan_Review

QUESTION: MAY SEEM LIKE A SILLY QUESTION, BUT COULD THIS CONTAINER HOLD HOT LIQUIDS? I WOULD ASSUME IT WOULD MELT THE PLASTIC?
• It could probably melt the plastic if it was very hot. It's definitely the kind of bottle I would put on the top rack of the dishwasher
• It would have to be some awfully hot liquids. They are rated up to roughly 121 degrees centigrade, so essentially: Don't pour boiling or superheated water into it, But coffee or tea will be perfectly safe. Hope this helps :)
• you can put hot liquids however the pressure buildup could be bad but if you are drinking it on the spot you should be okay there will just be a slight air release. hope this helped
#NALGENE_Tritan_1-Quart_Narrow_Mouth

QUESTION: HOW TALL IS THIS BOTTLE?
• Just under 7 inches
• This bottle is 7" tall and 3" in diameter.
• The bottle with the lid closed is 7" tall x 3" wide. They are nice and solid. I bought 2 for my lumbar pack. Really like them. Hope this helped.
• The bottle is 7 in tall including the cap.
#NALGENE_Tritan

QUESTION: HOW TALL IS THIS BOTTLE? WOULD A 9 INCH STRAW WORK?
• It is only 9" so a straw that size won't work. Also, Im not sure why you want a straw but I think the straw would be difficult to negotiate with the attached stiff cap that has the tendency to flip back over the top. Good Luck!
• I don't believe so. Best suggestion would be to get a longer straw.
• Yes it would
• Nope, a 9" straw would be slightly too tall for this. The water bottle from mouth to bottom is seriously maybe 2/8" short than the full 9". If you had an 8 3/4" straw you'd be good to go with a tiny bit of space at the top. Funny question by the way!
#1-Quart_Narrow_Mouth

QUESTION: WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE 16OZ/1 PINT SIZED BOTTLE? HEIGHT & DIAMETER PLEASE
• Height: 7.25 inches, diameter: 3 inches.
• Hello, I went home to measure yesterday. The height is 18 cm and the circumference is 26 cm. Sorry I forgot to measure the diameter. Please calculate from the circumference.
#NALGENE_Tritan_Review

QUESTION: IS THERE ANY WATER LEAK WITH THE BOTTLE?
• We have never had any issues with water leaking from these bottles
• My kids keep their bottles in their school bags, but there's absolutely no leakage.
• I'va had mine for like a year now, use it everyday and not a single drop has leaked ever, I'm very happy with the product, even bought more bottles in different sizes :D
• None at all. I have had my nalgene for years and use it all the time with no problems.
• None of the bottles I purchased leak.
• I've had four Nalgene bottles, so far, and none of them have leaked! Love this product.
• Not that I have had. I love it!
#NALGENE_Tritan_1-Quart_Narrow_Mouth

QUESTION: DOES THIS FIT IN CUB HOLDERS?
• Not my cup holders but it's really durable and the lid doesn't leak at all. I just throw it in the seat next to me and it's fine.
• It honestly depends on what vehicle you own. I have a first-gen Durango and they fit in the cup holders in the console.
#NALGENE_Tritan

QUESTION: IS IT DISHWASHER SAFE
• Yes but I would make sure to put it on the top rack since the lid could melt.
• As long as you place it far from the heat source yes it is
• Top rack dishwasher safe. The cap Will melt on the bottom rack (learned it the hard way). Wash bottles everyday on the top rack, works great. The trick is to angle the mouth part towards the bowl pegs in the middle.
• I put mine in the dishwasher before my first use--but I made sure to turn off water heat and heated dry since others were saying the heat caused their caps to melt. As long as you keep it on the top rack, I think you should be fine.
• Yes!
#1-Quart_Narrow_Mouth

QUESTION: HOW WIDE IS THE BOTTLE AT THE BOTTOM? I AM WONDERING IF IT WILL FIT IN MY CAR'S CUP HOLDER.
• Unless you have an exceptionally large cup holder it won't fit.
• It won't fit a standard cup holder.
• The bottom of the bottle is pretty wide. Won't fit into my car cup holder.
#NALGENE_Tritan_Review

QUESTION: CAN YOU FREEZE WATER IN THIS BOTTLE WITHOUT IT CRACKING OR EXPANDING TOO MUCH? THANKS!
• Yes, just make sure that you allow about two inches of air space, or else it will crack! I speak from personal experience.
• I regularly freeze the water bottle half full while the water bottle is laying on its side. I'm still able to open the lid and fill the other half with water.
• No! Do not freeze water in this bottle! I filled this bottle half full and froze it because reviewers said I could but after about 4 or 5 times, the whole bottom broke out of the bottle. I learned my lesson and will not freeze it again!
#NALGENE_Tritan_1-Quart_Narrow_Mouth

QUESTION: DOES THIS NALGENE BOTTLE COME IN A PACKAGE WITH DIRECTIONS OR INSTRUCTIONS OF ANY KIND? OR DOES IT ARRIVE LOOSE IN THE BOX?
• What kind of instructions do you need?
• It does not come in any packaging -- just a plastic wrap. No instructions or any kind of manual.
#NALGENE_Tritan

QUESTION: DOES IT COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS? PREFEREBLY IN ENGLISH?
• There were no instructions that I remember. If you want an answer to a question, call their customer service number. Or ask Amazon. Google Nalgene to get that phone number. Or try Nalgene.comI hand wash my bottle with a very TINY amount of Dial dishwashing liquid and rinse very well. It's a great bottle, like the 32 oz. size. Have had couple of months and have washed probably 3 times to date. I don't recommend putting in dishwasher. Hand washing is better to keep it last longer.
• No instructions, take the lid off out it back on, pretty simple.
#1-Quart_Narrow_Mouth

QUESTION: THE PICTURES ON HERE AND NALGENE'S SITE MAKE THIS ONE LOOK MORE LAVENDAR OR ORCHID COLORED, RATHER THAN PINK. WHAT DOES IT APPEAR LIKE IN PERSON?
• It is a very nice pink. Not at all lavender looking. I have received a few compliments on it :)
• Pink
#NALGENE_Tritan_Review

QUESTION: WHAT TYPE OF BRUSH DO YOU USE TO CLEAN THE BOTTLE?
• I use a combination of baking soda and water to clean the bottle. I just let them sit for a while and that usually does the trick. I hear vinegar works too.
• Dishwasher safe! And if you don't have the luxury of a dishwasher I'd assume a baby bottle brush would work well!
• Munchkin baby bottle brush
• I use distilled white vinegar too sanitize and prevent mildew. Usually, I will put a tablespoon in and fill with water and let sit for an hour and lightly rinse.
• Wish I can help, but bought as gift for someone I don't stay in contact with.
#NALGENE_Tritan_1-Quart_Narrow_Mouth

QUESTION: DOES THIS FIT IN CAR CUP HOLDERS?
• definitely too big to fit in my cup holders !
• I have a jeep wrangler and it fits in mine.
• No. It is very wide, I've never been in a car with cupholders wide enough for it. Not even close.
• No
#NALGENE_Tritan

QUESTION: IS THIS A SCREW TOP OR A SNAP TOP. I'M SICK OF WATER BOTTLES LEAKING IN MY BACKPACK.
• Screw tops, never has leaked on me and is super sturdy
• It's a screw top and will not leak if you secure it properly.
• This one is screw top. I personally haven't had a problem with it leaking so far.
• It's an attached screw top. It has never leaked on me!
• It's an attached screw top. It has never leaked on me!
• It's a screw top. I love this.
• This particular model it is screw top, very functional to carry on back packs or vehicles
• Screw top. I've never had problems with them leaking.

QUESTION: IS THE MOUTH OF THIS BOTTLE THE SAME SIZE AS A 2 LITER SODA BOTTLE?
• Yes it's about the same size.
• Hi no it's wider
• no. it's about the size of a quarter.
• It is quite a bit bigger. I would say at least 50% larger in diameter.
#NALGENE_Tritan_Review

QUESTION: IS DRINKING PART POP TOP OR DO YOU HAVE TO UNSCREW THE TOP?
• Unscrew
• Unscrew the top
• screw off
• You have to unscrew it, it's very secure though and does not leak.
• The top, dark pink, cap screws on and off. It is very secure and does not leak at all.
• You have to unscrew the top. I prefer it over pop tops. It doesn
• You have to unscrew the top on this one. I also use this one and it is great when you are not needing to bring along as much water as it is a flip top Nalgene On The Fly Water Bottle (Green with Green/White Cap)
• You need to unscrew it.
• unscrew top
#NALGENE_Tritan_1-Quart_Narrow_Mouth

QUESTION: WILL THIS FIT IN THE EXERCISE MACHINES CUP HOLDERS?
• it does with the ones on my gym.
• I don't think so, too wide for it, unless the cup holder is extra big.
• No, when I want to the gym I had to put it beside me.
#NALGENE_Tritan

QUESTION: DOES IT FIT IN THE CUP HOLDER OF THE CAR? THANKS
• Lao - it most certainly does fit in the cup holder! Perfect size!
• It depends on the car. The bottle's diameter is 2 3/4 inches (a little over 8 cm).
• Yes, it does.
• yes it does, very well in fact.
• I would size no for a standard size cup holder. My trucker has a rubber insert that can be removed. Then it will fit. However, in most cars, the average size cup holder I have seen, this would be a very tight fit.
• Yes, at least in my f150 ford it does
• No, this bottle does not fit into the cup holder of the car.
#1-Quart_Narrow_Mouth

QUESTION: HOW BIG IS THE MOUTH? IS IT 28MM?
• Mine appears to be about that. I ordered the narrow top as they come in bigger sizes also.
• The uncapped OD is about 1.35 inches or about 34mm and the ID is about 1.15 or 29mm
#NALGENE_Tritan_Review

QUESTION: DOES THIS BOTTLE "SWEAT" AND BECOME WET ON THE OUTSIDE AFTER SITTING OUT FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS?
• I never have it sit out for several hours but do have it on breakfast table and it does have moisture on outside while I eat breakfast.
• Condensation on the outside of a bottle is not due to the bottle. This bottle is not insulated so there will be more condensation on the outside than an insulated bottle.
• Sweating is a matter of dew point not what the bottle is made from.
• I've been using my water bottle for a few month and have seen minimal sweating.
#NALGENE_Tritan_1-Quart_Narrow_Mouth

QUESTION: DO YOU THINK A BOTTLE BRUSH WOULD FIT IN THE NARROW NECK TO CLEAN IT?
• A bottle brush will definitely fit in the mouth. Plenty big enough for that and wiggle around room.
• Yes, that's what I use to clean mine.
#NALGENE_Tritan

QUESTION: WILL THIS FIT INTO THE OUTSIDE POCKET OF MY BACKPACK?
• It is hard to say without knowing your pocket's size, but it is larger in diameter than a standard soda can.
• I would say no. Its pretty wide. But it would depend on size of pocket. =) I love bottle though
• It won't, you'd probably want to get a 24oz if you wanted to fit it in the pocket. I personally use a caribiner and just clip it onto my backpack. It works well for me. Good luck!
• Dunno... how big is the pocket? It's fit in any of the outside pockets of my packs that were designed for water bottles.
#1-Quart_Narrow_Mouth

QUESTION: WHAT DOES IT MEAN BY "2 COUNT"?
• I am not sure, but I Think that is The Number of recicled process The plástic comes from
• I believe that's an option to buy 2 water bottles at once, like a 2-pack
#NALGENE_Tritan_Review

QUESTION: IS THIS FREEZER SAFE?
• Yes. I fill it 1/2 full of water and put in freezer and when it is frozen I take out and add water to keep it cold. I love the bottle! It never leaks so it is the only one I use in my boys sports bag. I wish Nalgene would make an 8oz size for lunchboxes.
• I throw mine in the freezer all the time, but make sure you don't fill it 100% My bother in law put his in the freezer totally full and it now has a lump on one side.
• I don't think this is Freezer safe and I wouldn't recommend to put it in the freezer.
#NALGENE_Tritan_1-Quart_Narrow_Mouth

QUESTION: CONFUSED. IT SAYS 1 QUART. BUT, I SELECTED THE 32 OZ.. BUT, THE TITLE STILL SAYS 1 QUART ON THE ONE TO BE DELIVERED.?
• 1 US quart = 32 US oz.
• I'm not sure. It goes up to 32 oz. The bottle is 32 oz.
#NALGENE_Tritan

QUESTION: IS THE BOTTLE FREEZER SAFE? DISHWASHER SAFE?
• I believe it's dishwasher safe but I don't know about the freezer aspect. I would recommend calling the manufacturer. It should be easy enough. Good luck.
• I like to fill mine about a third full then lay it on its side and freeze it before filling it in the morning. You can easily get average icecubes in the opening too. The material used by nalgene is very strong and temperature tolerant. Water expands 9% when it freezes into ice, so as long as it doesn't reach the cap you'll be fine
#1-Quart_Narrow_Mouth

QUESTION: DOES ANY ONE KNOW IF THIS IS BPS-FREE??
• Yes, it is.
• If you mean BPA-free, then yes, it says bpa free right on the bottle
• It is not adversitied on the bottle. So I would assume not
#NALGENE_Tritan_Review

QUESTION: IS IT DISHWASHER SAFE?
• Yes the bottle is dishwasher safe. Make sure you do not place it on the bottom rack of the dishwasher as the connected top when opened has a tendency to fall between the openings of your dishwasher rack. In the event this happens on the bottom rack, the plastic top could melt due to the coils at the bottom of the dishwasher. I prevent this from happening by placing on the top rack of the dishwasher only.
• Yes! I put mine on the top rack just in case. I would hate for the plastic to melt or deform.
#NALGENE_Tritan_1-Quart_Narrow_Mouth

QUESTION: CAN A BOTTLE BRUSH FIT INSIDE?
• Should be no problem as opening is 1 1/4 inch wide - so brush needs to be able to compress to that width
• I Would say it could with ease.

QUESTION: IS THIS TALLER THEN THE WIDE MOUTH?
• It's Slightly Taller Than The Wide Mouth Pint Size Bottle. It's Maybe A Quarter Of An Inch Taller.
• It's a little less than 5 inches in height. It's great for water on your night stand.
• Hey Robby - I have never purchased one of the wide mouthed bottles, but I would assume the wide mouth is a little shorter. I can tell you the bottles I've purchased are 7" tall from the base to the top of the cap.
• Not really, but it is fatter.

QUESTION: DIMENSION OF THE NARROW MOUTH OPENING?
• I have 3 of these bottles - I'd say it's about an inch in diameter. Issue would be not being able to fit ice into the bottle depending on what size/shape but I normally fill the bottle about 1/4 of slightly less and then put in the freezer on it's side. Perfect. Narrow mouth is good cause you can just tilt and get a good flow, wide mouth would just pour all over your face - but at least you can get ice into it.
• It's about an inch.

QUESTION: DOES THIS BOTTLE LEAK IF TURNED ON IT'S SIDE?
• No, it does not. as long as the top is tight, it will not leak.
• So far it hasn't. Biggest issue forseen is weakness of cap strap when hanging from backpack when going to school. Have tied a string to bottle upper lip (at thread) with a loop such that the bottle hangs from a carabiner attached to my backpack.
• Nope. Sealed tight as long as you screw down the lid.
• No.
• Mine does not! Great bottle!

QUESTION: DOES THIS WATER BOTTLE FIT IN A TYPICAL CAR CUP HOLDER?
• No. It's too wide. But I still recommend getting it.
• Nope. It is far too big.
• No, unfortunately it does not. I normally throw mine in the passenger seat or on the center console.
• The body of it is a smidge over 3.5 inches across. SO it depends on the car and the cup holder. Like Austin says, just lay it on the seat. The seal in the lid is fantastic and doesn't leak.

QUESTION: THIS PICTURE SAYS "2 COUNT". IS THERE 2 BOTTLES?
• That may have been a typo. When I bought this, I just received one, but I only expected one bottle.
• No. I thought there were too, but only one was shipped. Not surprising based on the price, but the lack of clarity is frustrating. Still don't know what 2 count refers to.
• No, I'm not sure why it says 2 count. There is only one, and it's an awesome water bottle.

QUESTION: IS THE CAP A STANDARD CAP LIKE OF A 16OZ COKE BOTTLE?
• no. it's bigger
• No, it's probably 2-3 times that size. It's a large plastic cap that screws on and the mouth is narrow but not as narrow as a Coke bottle for sure.
• A little larger than a coke bottle.
• No. The cap on these is over an inch in diameter - much wider than what is found on a 16oz soda bottle.
• It fits just like the adult skinny bottle fits

QUESTION: IS THEIR A REASON THE PICTURE LOOK LIKE A REAL DULL RED AND GREY CAP, BECAUSE IN OTHER PICTURES THEY LOOK FLOURESCENT
• I'm not sure but I have a red one and it is not dull. It is not really flourescent though either. I like the color but then red is my favorite color.
• The red is not really fluorescent. The top is a light grey color in real life. The bottle is just a shiny red color. Hope this helps!
