QUESTION: DOES THIS HAVE A FILTER ON IT? IF SO, HOW GOOD IS IT? WHAT ABOUT THE STRAW?
• There's no filter or straw.
• No straw. There is a little button to push and the cover will come up so that you can drink from the bottle. If you are asking about the little strainer with holes so that the small fruit pieces might come through to the area where you drink from, it does not have one.
• Does not have a water filter. I don't think I would call it a straw, it's more like molded mouth piece. It is not bendable. I wish it had a different mouth piece or a straw, but it's not bad. I bought eight, one for each of my aunts.

It seal's very well I use carbonated coconut pineapple water .The inside infuser doesn't have a filter it has slits cut in the side. I sometimes use cheesecloth if I have mushed up the fruit. • No filter it's more like a cage that keep the fruit in one place and from clogging the opening. Doesn't have a straw just a little tube. That clear top keeps the tube sealed and air tight.
• I think when you say filter you mean the cage inside to put fruit or veggies to infuse the water. No you don't have to use it, you can take it out and just have plain water in there with the lid screwed on. There isn't a straw, you just tip the bottle up to your mouth and drink out of the top hole.

QUESTION: SORRY I MEANT IF IT CAN GO IN THE FREEZER?
• Hi Aimee, Yes the bottle can be frozen however I would advise you against leaving it in your freezer for too long as you might find it difficult to open the lid. Maybe some warm water around the lid could helps so you don't have to force too much. Also one thing to remind yourself if you are going to freeze it, is that the body of the bottle should not be full or there is a risk it can get damaged. This is because the volume of your infusion will increase inside the bottle during the crystallisation process when the liquid turns into ice. As a rule of thumb, if you need a quick "boost" of cold for your infused water, leaving the bottle between 15mns to 1hour in your freezer should be more than enough and keep you on the safe side. This bottle is top rack dishwasher safe, but do not place your bottle on the lower rack as high temperature can damage seals and the side rubber grip. • I don't know. It is too tall to fit in the top rack and I'm afraid it would get cloudy from the heat and soap. I would just hand wash with a bottle brush.

• Mine worked fine at first, but now I have to push the button and use my other hand to open the top. If yours came that way, I would contact the seller. They are very responsive.

• If the tea bags require hotwater, then No.... If it was a glass bottle, I'm sure you would be able to use it as a tea infuser but I don't think this type of plastic can withstand heat.
• I have not tried tea bags but I'm sure you could as long as you are doing a cold tea and not a hot tea.
• Yes you can. There is a space to can fit the tea bag paper tab through to anchor it. But will your tea steep in cold water? I don't know if it will tolerate hot water. It survived top rack dishwasher but I think overall it is made for cold drinks. Hope this helps.
