• I wouldn't but I guess you could. You have to really hold lid down when you shake and I inevitably end up spilling.

QUESTION: THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION STATED THAT THIS BOTTLE IS 22 OZ. BUT THE ONE I RECEIVED IS ONLY 16 OZ. CAN YOU TELL ME WHY?
• Maybe that's the amount total with the containers.
• Because it has two stacks apart from the bottle. 1 stack has four ounces and 1 of 2 ounces.
• all the Blender Bottles series' are labeled a little below what the cup actually holds. The measures stop at 16oz but the bottles holds 22 oz when filled to the rim. The 28oz and 20 oz bottles are similar in that the 28oz stops at 20oz and the 20 Oz stops at 12oz.

QUESTION: HOW WIDE IS THIS CUP? I HAVE BIG HANDS AND THATS THE PROBLEM I'VE HAD WITH BLENDER BOTTLES, I CAN'T GET MY HAND DEEP ENOUGH TO CLEAN THE BOTTO
• Wide enough to get a normal hand in, but not exceptionally wide, the same as any other blender bottle, I would guess. I use a long neck scrub brush for glasses to clean it.
• It's pretty wide, I have small hands but I dull use a bottle brush when I clean it.
• The mouth is 3.25" wide at the mouth tapering to 2.75" at the bottom. If you struggle with cleaning, there are plenty of glass cleaning brushes for stemware available on Amazon. I have a product by Bar Amigos that works very well (didn't see it on Amazon, but OXO and others make similar products). Hope this helps.

• You could because the blender ball collapses.

• There are two storage containers, and the blender all will fit in either one. I usually put in my protein powder and the blenderball in the larger one, and when I'm ready for my shake I dump it all in the bottle. Super easy!

• yea, it does a really good job of hydrating. there are no straws so you can access more water during high intensity workouts. you don't need to pour into anything. the bottle is a little small though so i wouldn't recommend it for hiking or jogging, other outdoor activities

• Depending the size of the cup holder, It fits ok in my car's, in my gym's walking band, but not in all cup holders, it's a bit wide, the trick is to leave the stacks attached, so it can fit in most of the cup holders.

QUESTION: IS HOT WATER OK?
• Just hot water from tap not boiled hot water -it is plastic like all workout blender bottles
• I suppose you could put semi hot water in it, it's not insulated and won't keep things hot like a thermos would. I would be leery of putting boiling hot liquid in it, as it's not intended for that.
• I've never had any issues with hot water in mine. I wash mine in the dishwasher also and that's really hot water. I'd just be careful not to put super hot water in there as it can burn your hands.
