QUESTION: HOW DO TO GET THE MIDDLE PART OUT FROM BEING STUCK IN THE BOTTLE?
• I'm not sure what middle part you are speaking of, but the part that holds the fruit is screwed into a separate cap. Once you unscrew the covered lid there is an insert that you remove and then unscrew the vented infuser. You fill it with whatever fruit or herb you want and screw the lid back on, fill your bottle, replace the infuser, the covered lid and enjoy. I hope this helps.
• If you are talking about the whole infuser getting pushed into the bottle - I pushed it in too hard once & it went inside. I was able to use a wire coat hanger to pull it back out. Just be careful next time to not push the infuser too hard - it just needs to set flush with the top of the bottle. Hope that helps.
• same thing happened to me...all i did was try to even it out and if you push just a little bit hard when doing this, the infuser will fall into the bottle. I tried everything from the coat hanger the seller suggested, to pliers, to lubricating the side of the bottle with butter and or oil....no luck. Effing waste of money and time. It's a shame b/c I was really excited about using it. Seller has no control over the design b/c it happened to them while using it and they havent and probably won't correct it, since it's made in china and they probably already sunk too much money into the mold or they're just distributors. I would like to see the seller replace mine for free, but I doubt they will.
• it wasnt even and all i did was even it out and it fell through
• it was a Christmas gift to my sister i dont think she used it yet

QUESTION: DISHWASHER SAFE?
• Due to the high temperatures that a dishwasher generates, it is not recommended. Hand wash with non-abrasive sponge is best. It's very easy to clean because of the large opening.
• I think it is. However, i wash it by hand because it has 3 pieces inside to prevent the lemon seeds from going into the water.
• I have never used it in the dishwasher

QUESTION: IS THIS LEAKPROOF? I BOUGHT A DIFFERENT BOTTLE WITH THE SAME DESIGN AND WATER COMES OUT OF THE MOUTHPIECE IF IT IS KNOCKED OVER.
• This one won't leak out. Just make sure when you close it its nice and tight and correct. I've knocked mine over plenty of times and left it in my bag as I'm running everywhere in school with a laptop and it hasn't leaked
• This one won't leak out. Just make sure when you close it its nice and tight and correct. I've knocked mine over plenty of times and left it in my bag as I'm running everywhere in school with a laptop and it hasn't leaked
• I wouldn't say leak proof because if the lid is open, it will spill. But, I did turn it on its side with the lid closed and it seemed fine.
• I have not had a problem with leaking when leaking. I have not tried throwing it into a bag. For drinking .... Not a problem.
• mine is leakproof...and have not experienced any problems
• Yes, this bottle comes with a unique small metal latch that holds the lid firmly and tight and also a leakproof seal over the mouth piece.
• Yes our bottles are leak proof.
• It is leak proof if you have the clear flip lid closed. It will leak if knocked over and the flip lid is open.
• Yes. Mine has worked great without leaking even when my lunch bag falls over
• After reading your question, I tipped it, 'gently knocked' it over and left it upside down for a bot and it seems to be leakproof. The top securely fastens onto the body of the jug. It is similar to others we have purchased.

QUESTION: CAN THIS BE PLACED IN THE FREEZER OVERNIGHT?
• I have not tried that yet myself, I usually put frozen fruit in it the night before with water and keep in frig till next day. I do not seethat it would be a problem to pet in freezer.
• Yes it can. I have done it several times.
• Yes it can. I always put fresh fruit in mine and just leave it in the fridge.

QUESTION: IT'S HARD TO TELL FROM THE SITE-WHAT'S THE DRINKING SPOUT LIKE? LIKE A 'SIPPY CUP'? A NIPPLE-TYPE? A FEW HOLES? DESCRIBE PLEASE! HOW'S IT CLEANED?
• You can remove the entire top blue part to clean it. The spout is not like a nipple in that you don't need to suck the liquid. It flows freely through. But honestly, I just leave the top part off and drink from it like a cup
• The drinking spout is round & perfect sized - you get as much water as you want quickly! Because of the design, it's very easy to take apart & clean.
• Large Nipple type. Easy to clean. Even though inexpensive, I think it is/was my wife's favorite Christmas gift.
• Its normal its pretty wide easy to drink. I hand clean mine dishwasher is a bad idea
• It's like a stem spout, the opening is about the size of a quarter give or take. It's fairly easy to clean with a regular sponge!! Hope this helps!
• The drinking spout is just an open hole. It comes apart for complete cleaning.
• Hi. It seems to be a sippy cup type. Not sure of the holes as the package is sealed. Also you can clean it with soap and water. Hope this helps. Thanks for viewing this item.

QUESTION: I BOUGHT THIS BOTTLE IN OCT OF 2015. THE RUBBER BAND ON LID BROKE. NOW LID HAS TO BE HELD OPEN WHILE DRINKING
• I would email them and let them know. You have a lifetime warranty. They are great with customer service... I hope it works out! :)
• My lid is also broken and I've tried to email them three times with no answer

QUESTION: HOW DO YOU OPEN THE LID TO DRINK FROM IT?
• There's a button centered pictured. Press it, it opens. Bring the lid back down and you can heart it lock shut.
• Our bottles come with a "Locking Mechanism" that is intended to "Lock" the lid from accidentally opening (in case it gets bumped or something). The lock is just a thin metal loop that goes over the release button & the lid. So, look just above the release button & see if there is a thin metal loop over the top of the button. If there is...simply pull the metal loop down over the release button. Now...push the release button. The lid should pop open. Please let me know if that helped or not. Regards, John Danum Gear
• You just push the button on the lid. The silver ring acts as a safe gaurd so if it's up, just pull it down.
• you release the safety lock and press the lid button and lift up its pretty easy

QUESTION: DOES IT FIT IN A CUP HOLDER (CAR)?
• Yes! It fits most car cup holders. I drive a 2011 Honda Accord & it fits perfectly - in fact I can fit 2 in there (1 in each slot) next to each other.
• Yes
• Barely, I have to press it down into mine!! It has flipped out before slamming on the breaks or going around curves.

QUESTION: CAN I USE IT WITH TEA BAGS AND MINT LEAVES OR JUST WITH FRUIT?
• I just bought this last week. The middle portion where you would put fruit, cucumbers etc. has small slots to allow the infusion with water. Tea bags would work, but the mint could get into the water depending on the size. If it were a sprig of mint it would be fine. Hope that helps!
• Sure, teabags would work fine. You can put whatever you want in there, accept lose tea.
• yes...in fact they are both mentioned in the great recipe book that comes with it...you download it.
• Sure you can use Tea Bags or whatever you desire. Your imagination is your only limitation!
• Yes, I think you can use anything to flavor your water. I believe you can't use hot water though.
• Yes, you can use with both. This infuser comes with a free recipe e-book. Many of the recipes include a plant, or the tea bag alternative.

QUESTION: WHAT IS THE NUMBER INDICATING THE KIND OF PLASTIC USED?
• Its #7..

QUESTION: I JUST GOT THIS DELIVERED, AND I CAN'T FLIP OPEN THE TOP. I AM PUSHING IT INWARD AS I TRY. IS THERE A TRICK TO IT?
• Have you pulled down the metal part that is located around the little button that you push to open the the cap? Once you have that pulled down, the top should come open when you press on the little button.
• That's correct - there is a metal loop that goes over the cap where the push button is. That is so you can lock it from accidentally opening. Just use your finger nail to flip it over & down - the lid should pop open.
• Yes also flip the metal ring around the black button out it's an added feature. It's just a clip to to hold the top in case the button fails Hope this helped
• Pull down the thin metal ring around the button you are pushing. Then push and it will open.

QUESTION: IS IT INSULATED?
• No its not insulated!
• No it is not.
• No this is a single wall bottle
• I am sorry I do not know. I gave two as gifts for Christmas and both people LOVE them.....I keep getting rave reviews from bitH
• Nope, you'd have to keep it in a cooler or refrigerator to keep it cold.

QUESTION: DOES IT HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT?
• I bought it because I don't like regular water and I wanted to add flavor. I thought it would help me to lose a few pounds, but I really don't use it because it leaks.
• I think it would help me drink more water if I used it. It sweats so much it gets everything wet that's around it. I've never had a water bottle sweat as much as this one does.
• If it makes you drink more water, then I would say it should help you lose weight. The keyword here is "help", as drinking water is just one of many other components that affect your weight.
• I agree with the one comment that it does help me drink more water, which contributes to weight loss. Obviously, there are many other components that factor into losing weight.

QUESTION: CAN YOU USE THIS BOTTLE FOR REGULAR WATER AS WELL AS INFUSED FLAVOR WATER?
• Yes it makes a great water bottle. Just simple remove the fruit basket.
• Absolutely
• Yes
• Yes. The infuser compartment is completely removable and then you have a great water bottle.
#Danum_Infuser

QUESTION: IS THE INFUSER FINE ENOUGH FOR LOOSE TEA?
• No definitely not. I used orange and lemon in mine and pulp got into the water. Not a big deal but that's how big the holes are.
• No, I don't believe it is. I usually use a metal mesh container for my tea and the sides of this plastic ones I believe are too large for tea - though I'm sure the majority of the tea will stay within the infuser.
• No I would not use it for loose tea. The slots in the diffuser are too large to hold loose tea in and would easily slip into the rest of the cup.
• No.
• I don't think so. The slots are pretty big unless your tea leaves are the size of mint leaves or larger.
• No.....only sliced fruit or veggies. The holes are too big for loose tea.
#Water_Bottle_-

QUESTION: IS THE INFUSER INSIDE THE BOTTLE THE SAME COLOR AS THE NOZZLE?
• Yes, it is.
• The infuser is made up of 2 parts - the infuser lid & infuser basket. The infuser lid is the same as the rubber finger pad. The infuser basket is clear.
• Yes it is
#Danum_Infuser_Review

QUESTION: ANYONE ELSE HAVE PROBLEMS GETTING UT TO OPEN? WHEN I PUSH THE BUTTON, NOTHING HAPPENS. CAN'T EVEN PRY THE FLIP TOP LID OPEN.
• it sounds like you haven't released the metal ring around the button which helps lock the lid down.
• Our bottles come with a "Locking Mechanism" that is intended to "Lock" the lid from accidentally opening (in case it gets bumped or something). The lock is just a thin metal loop that goes over the release button & the lid. So, would you please take a look just above the release button & see if there is a thin metal loop over the top of the button. If there is...simply pull the metal loop down over the release button. Now...push the release button. Did the lid pop open?

QUESTION: IS THIS BOTTLE REUSABLE?
• Yes it is reusable over & over
• Yes it is, it's a strong bottle
• yes, you can try different fruit, herbs, etc in the bottle every day! Use it as you would any glass except you can now lightly flavor your water.
#Danum_Infuser

QUESTION: HOW DOES THE INFUSION WORK. I GUESS I CAN'T PICTURE THE FRUIT GIVING MUCH FLAVOR UNLESS IT IS MASHED OR SOMETHING.
• You simply place sliced fruit into thr infuser basket, then place in the fridge for an hour or 2. Overnight works really well.
• Hi Peggy, placing the fruits in the bottle and allowing them to sit in there for a few hours is how it works. It really does change the flavor of the water completely and is really great for me because it is otherwise hard for me to drink plain water. I usually squeeze a little bit of fresh lemon juice in there, with my new infuser I get more flavor from more fruits like berries, lemons, and cucumbers.
#Water_Bottle_-

QUESTION: IS IT GLASS?
• No. It's like a sturdy plastic.
• No, it's made of Eastman Tritan BPA free plastic - it just looks like glass & has no odor or aftertaste.
• No, it's plastic, but very sturdy and it's BPA free.
• No it's plastic .
#Danum_Infuser_Review

QUESTION: THE INFUSER IS STUFF INSIDE THE BOTTLE HOW DO I GET IT OUT?
• There is a separate lid on the infuser part. The whole thing comes apart for easy cleaning.
• LOL It will come out. Try pressing down on one side making it crooked then pull up on the tab. Or use a butter knife to pry it out by the tab. I did that once too. Making it crooked worked for me.
• You pull it out of the bottle.
• There is a tube inside the bottle that you can put the fruit snd vegetables in. It is easy to remove and empty.
• The cylinder screws into a top and then goes into the bottle then the top goes on then you have the top with the sprout.
#Danum_Infuser_Water_Bottle_-

QUESTION: CAN YOU PUT THIS IN THE DISHWASHER?
• You definitely can. I put on top rack. It's a great bottle.
• This is a Christmas gift but from reading the info about the product and review it is dishwasher safe :)
• Yes
#Danum_Infuser

QUESTION: THE BOTTLE BUTTON WON T OPEN....I AM AFRAID TO PRESS ANY HARDER IT WILL BREAK WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST....
• Did you unlock it first?. I had the same issue, and didn't realize there was a little metal lock that went over the button itself. Lol
• Make sure the silver latch is in the down position. It will not open if this is up.
• There is a metal loop that lock the lid. Look just above the release button & you should see it, simply pull it down & the lid will open.
• Have you made sure the metal ring that locks lid down off? Also I would push button alway in. I don't think you could break it by pushing it in.
#Water_Bottle_-

QUESTION: WHERE IS THIS PRODUCT MADE?
• I wish it weren't so but, China
• China I am really not happy with it the lid doesn't see it real good so sometimes you get wet when you take a drink thinking about sending it back
#Danum_Infuser_Review
