QUESTION: WILL IT FIT IN MY CAR'S CUP HOLDER?
• It does not fit in either of my cars (both Mitsubishi) console cup holders. It will fit in the diagonal water bottle holders in the door map pockets though.
• It is fairly wide so you may just barely get it in if you have over sized holders in your car. You'd be better off with 1 liter bottle as it has a more slender base.
• We have the .75L size and the bottle fits in our cup holders across three different makes / manufacturers. I cannot comment on the 1L size bottle. Amazon has one of the best return policies if it does not work out. As in my review, after continued use of all the bottles we purchased I lean to the Nalgene On The Fly bottle and think it is superior...it also allows one handed opening and the Camelbak version you must unscrew the lid on the drink spout which would be much more cumbersome while driving.
• I only have the .75L size and it fits. I think the 1L would be too big for standard cup holders. Incidentally, the screw on spout cover can be tucked tightly into the handle (it's meant to) which means one handed drinking while driving. I use it daily and it works great.
• I've the 1lt bottle, and I'd say no for that one. I haven't tried in my car, but I just see it so wide to fit in.
• I think it is too big
• One liter, no. one-half liter yes.

QUESTION: DOES THE 32 OZ DRINKING BOTTLE HAVE A SPOUT (SMALL CIRCULAR MOUTH PIECE), OR IS THE OPENING THE AVERAGE SIZE OF A DISPOSABLE WATER BOTTLE?
• Yes it has a spout
• This bottle has a drinking spout thats easy to swig out of without spilling.
• The opening is slightly smaller than the opening of a disposable water bottle.
• The opening is circular and is Approximately one inch in diameter.

QUESTION: DOES THE BOTTLE SWEAT? TRYING TO FIND A BOTTLE THAT WONT LEAVE A RING OF WATER ON MY DESK.
• Yes, this bottle will leave a ring on your desk. Try buying the insulated camelbak bottle. It is double walked and will not leave a ring
• Yes... that will depend on the temp of liquid in bottle... the company makes a double wall bottle.. its green. I bought that on amazon also.
• It hasn't sweat on me yet. I've used 2 of them in my backpack when I'm backpacking & 1 of them at my desk at work. It should be noted that I normally just fill them with water & drink it at room temp. Just this past weekend, I put ice in 1 of them... It did sweat a little when the ice started to melt.
• no but my problem with this product is that it leaked.. sometimes it would make a good seal and sometimes not
• It does because it's not double layered, but I also would not recommend this bottle to anyone because it leaks ALOT - I had it laid flat on my car floor and pretty much all the water from the bottle leaked out.
• Yep, if drink is colder than ambient and there is any moisture in the air, it will sweat. Get a coaster
• Yes

QUESTION: WILL IT FIT IN A STANDARD BICYCLE WATER BOTTLE CAGE?
• It's too big (that's what she said!).
• No
• Don't think it will fit because its wider than standard size. Try the .75L bottle that one is slimmer.
• I highly doubt the 1 liter size will as it does not even fit in my cupholder.
• Doubtful - it's pretty wide. My guess is a good 4" diameter at least
• I would say yes

QUESTION: HOW SPILL PROOF IS THE LID?
• If you have the lid screwed on it is 100% water proof it does not spill at all. Mine roles around my passenger seat of my truck all day long with no problems
• I've not had a problem with it I carry in around in my purse and so far not a drop has leaked
• The only time I had a problem was when I hadn't tightened the lid.
• This lid will not leak unless you loosen the cap. Well designed and sturdy.
• If you have it screwed on correctly and tightly, its fine. Its the little plastic piece that holds the chute lid on that causes the gaps and makes it leak sometimes.
• It very spill proof. You just have to make sure that you close it real good, because just when you think you did it spills. Other than that its very spills proof.
• I would say 50/50. Mine leaks a lot, and the lid is tightened as much as it can. Constantly have water on my car seat since it wont fit in a cupholder

QUESTION: HOW TALL IS IT WITHOUT THE LID ON IT? I HAVE A WATER COOLER AND CLEARANCE IS AN ISSUE.
• About 8.5 inches without lid about 10 inches with the lid
• 8 1/4 INCHES W/O THE LID.
• The .75L or 24oz. bottle is about 3 and 1/8 inches in diameter. It's about 9 and 3/4 inches tall.
• The 32oz bottle is 9.75" with the lid on it and 8.25" without.

QUESTION: DO THEY LEAK? CAN I FILL IT AND THROW IT IN A BAG?
• They don't leak. I've tossed it in my bag and in my car and no leajs
• Had mine for 2 months. No leaks , I carry it in bag often. Great bottle
• Sometimes it leaks if I don't screw the larger cap on tight enough, but for the most part it doesn't leak.
• No they do not. Very good at closing. You can shake it tons and not a drop falls.
• As long as you screw both caps on this water bottle will not leak - you can in a bag and it will stay sealed. My children use them for soccer and keep them in their soccer bags and even with all the tossing and throwing around the bottle stays closed. I have tried many other water bottles and this is the best I have found for not leaking (and ease of cleaning).
• they do not leak
• No, no leakinh at all. I do that everyday. Never got an issue. Excellent product highly recommended

QUESTION: IS THE SPOUT MADE OF PLASTIC OR RUBBER?
• Plastic with a rubber coating.
• Plastic
• The spout is made out of plastic.
• I would say it's plastic. The design is very comfortable and there are no sharp edges.
• The spout is made out of the same material as the bottle - it's intregal - BPA-free Eastman Tritan Copolyster
#CamelBak_Chute_Review

QUESTION: WILL IT FIT IN THE SIDE OF A BOOKBAG POCKET?
• Possibly, it is larger than the average bottle. My girls have Jansport backpack and it fits in the elastic mesh pocket, but it is tight.
• It's quite large. It fits in my hiking bag and my giant camera bag side pocket, but not my small back pack side pocket.
• Depends on how stretchy your book bag pocket is.. It barely fits in a larger cup holder, so take that as you will
• I just measured my 32 oz one, and it is just under 3.5 inches in diameter. Unless, the side pocket is super stretchy and deep, it will not fit. I do know the one size below does, that is what my children use (I cannot remember the size off the top of my head).
#CamelBak_Chute_1L_Water_Bottle

QUESTION: IS THIS GOOD FOR HOT WATER? HOW ABOUT BROIL WATER?
• It is BPA free but like all plastics, I still do not recommend hot water. If you want to hold hot water, use glass or metal bottles.
• Warm water in your CamelBak Chute is just fine, NOT boiling water. Additionally, we do not recommend boiling the bottle itself.
#CamelBak_Chute

QUESTION: IS IT FREEZER SAFE?
• I don't know if it said it was freezer safe, however, my husband frequently fills with water and freezes until water is frozen solid - and have had no problems with it.
• I don't think freezing water in it would necessarily harm it, but keep in kind that over time the expanding and contracting from repeated freezings will likely stretch and possibly weaken the plastic housing.
• I have never tried putting the bottle in the freezer. I just put a bunch of ice in it. It is made of really thick plastic so it might be ok but I cannot guarantee.
#1L_Water_Bottle

QUESTION: DOES IT HAVE A STRAW?
• No... not included.
• No, it doesn't.
• No, it doesn't have a straw.
• no
• No. It has an opening that is about 1" in diameter.
• No. It is like a water bottle lid. Cap pulls back and it's just an opening to drink from.

QUESTION: DOES THE CHUTE LID FIT ON A 750ML EDDY BOTTLE? I.E. ARE THE 750ML AND THE 1L LIDS INTERCHANGEABLE?
• Haven't tried it but they look the same width.
• 可以装下750毫升水,不知道它和1L的盖子可不可以互换! This is Chinese! Sorry, my English is very poor!!! I trying:It can hold 750 ml of water, but don't know if it can swap and 1 l glass lid
#CamelBak_Chute_1L_Water_Bottle

QUESTION: DOES IT HAVE A STRAW?
• no
• No straw- which is awesome! It's really hard to keep those straws clean!
• No it does not. It is a small lid that twists off. Like a regular water bottle. I love mine
• No, it doesn't have a straw
• no
#CamelBak_Chute

QUESTION: DOES ANYONE KNOW IF IT HANDLES HOT LIQUIDS, SUCH AS TEA?
• I'm not sure this is the product you're looking for if you want something to hold hot liquids. It's not really insulated for one thing. And secondly, it's plastic. I'd be worried if something leaches through. I personally would not put hot liquids into this product.
• Camelbak website says, "Can I put hot liquids in it? Warm water in your CamelBak Chute is just fine, NOT boiling water. Additionally, we do not recommend boiling the bottle itself."
#1L_Water_Bottle

QUESTION: DOES THIS FIT WELL IN NORMAL CUP HOLDERS?
• Not this model but I think the size down may
• No. It fit in my larger holder in my 2006 van, but doesn't fit in my 2013 car's cupholder. :(
• The 1L does not fit in regular cup holders
#CamelBak_Chute_Review

QUESTION: ON A SCALE OF HIGH TENSIL STEEL TO PLAYDOUGH, HOW DURABLE IS THE CLIP RING?
• I'd be inclined to rate towards the steel end of the scale.
• Very durable. I've had two separate bottles that went through hell (but one did not make it through airport security). Highly recommend
• It's pretty sturdy I use mine everyday hasn't broken
• Camelbak products are all very durable. I work construction and have had mine on the job for over a year. I've dropped it kicked it and thrown it a couple of times and still works.
#CamelBak_Chute_1L_Water_Bottle

QUESTION: WHAT'S THE DIAMETER OF THE BOTTLE OPENING? I'M LOOKING FOR THE LARGE OPENING, AND NOT THE SPOUT.
• It is about as wide as a quarter with a screw on cap. I like the bottle very much.
• It is 3 inches in diameter.
#CamelBak_Chute

QUESTION: MY EMPLOYER REQUIRES WE USE CLEAR WATER BOTTLES ON THE FLOOR. FROM THE PICTURE, THE CHARCOAL APPEARS TO FIT THE BILL. ANYONE CARE TO COMMENT?
• The bottle is see through but liquid will be the colour of the bottle. I have the blue bottle and is accepted in my work place as you can see in the bottle. I love this camelbak as there is no plastic after taste and the mouth opening is wide. Being a camelbak it is quality made.
• The water would be the same colour as the bottle.

• It has both OZ and ml readungs on it
• Both.
• Yes it does
• both
• Yes.
• Yes
• Markings are both oz and ml.
#CamelBak_Chute_Review

QUESTION: WILL IT FIT IN A SUBARU CUPHOLDER?
• I do not think so. It is not extremely wide, but it stull does not fit in my car's cupholder nor in my husband's car.
• Not sure about Subaru but it fits in my Honda CRV cupholder.
• I drive a 2014 Impreza Sport and the answer is... sort of. It won't fit all the way down in the cupholder, but if you jam it in there a little it will get down far enough to where it won't tip over when going around turns or over bumps.
#CamelBak_Chute_1L_Water_Bottle

QUESTION: DOES THE ENTIRE TOP COME OFF SO I CAN ADD ICE?
• Yes the top comes off
• Yes
• Yes it does
• Yes, I do that all the time.
• Yes
#CamelBak_Chute

QUESTION: DOES MOLD GROW QUICKLY LIKE IT DOES WITH OTHER CAMELBAK BOTTLES?
• I've never had any problems. However, I rinse it after each use and wash it in soapy water every couple of weeks. Anything will get moldy if it's allowed to stay damp and dark. Leave it open and allow to dry at least once every other day.
• Just need to keep it dry when not in use.
• as long as you keep it clean you should be fine
• I hadn't had NO mold issues.

QUESTION: IS THIS PRODUCT MADE OF TRITAN ARE BPA FREE PLASTIC WHICH I WOULD PREFER
• bpa free plastic I believe
• It's 100% BPA and BPS Free
#CamelBak_Chute_Review

QUESTION: WOULD THIS FIT IN A BIKES WATER BOTTLE HOLDER...IS IT STRONG ENOUGH FOR THAT USE?
• I believe this bottle would be too large for a standard water bottle holder. It's certainly very durable though.
• The one liter bottle is to big for a normal holder. Any normal bottle holder like a bike or car holder is to small. No probably no.
• Get the 1/2 liter, the bottle is smaller and would probably fit. Bottle is definitely strong enough.
#CamelBak_Chute_1L_Water_Bottle

QUESTION: IS THIS PRODUCT MADE IN THE USA?
• Not sure. But every screw on lid leaks
• Sticker on bottle says made in china
#CamelBak_Chute

QUESTION: THE SAGE THEY SHOW DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE CAMELBAK WEBSITE, CAN ANYONE CONFIRM IF IT MATCHES?
• It is exactly the same. The one i received matches. No difference. I bought it about months ago and I love it. The lid is a bit tricky so, if you end up buying it, be careful with the lid. Make sure you close the lid correctly. At times it looks like it closed correctly but didn't.
• Yes, the product is same as described
#1L_Water_Bottle

QUESTION: WHAT'S ITS DIAMETER AT THE BASE?
• Roughly 3 inches
• 3.5" at the base
#CamelBak_Chute_Review

QUESTION: HOW TO CLEAN? IN DISHWASHER?
• I just put it in the dish washer and had no problems at all .
• I just do it by hand. There isn't a straw or any really small spaces so it can be pretty quick and easy.
• I clean it with a sponge and rinse it out!
• I soak mine in the sink with either vinegar or baking soda.
• From their website: "Dishwasher Safe: All parts are top-rack dishwasher safe"
